The only bit of wear ive found so far was the relay roller on the hyrdaulic damper had bit of play and the drive belt tensioner had play in the rollers bearing too.



The waterpump had no gasket fitted either? Sure the ones i sell at work do.

Gunna take coiles and rocker off tonight. Will probs also test fit the Relentless manifold.

Out of a 2012 2.0l TSFI Audi S3

So will stroke my engine nicely to 2008cc with the right pistons

06A105021AR is the partnumber if you wanna try and get one

Test fitted the Relentless manifold tonight. My god theres one nut that looks impossible to get on the stud let alone do it up. Lol

As you can see the first exhaust tube on the left i hiding the top nut nicely and you cnt see it from above because of the head.

Whip the sump and head off tonight

Started by turning the block upside down to drain some oil





Sump off and started striping the pick up off







Back up the right way spilling more oil and coolant

Plugs out

Seem to of served Berg well



Head bolts out with old wheel dealer carboard trick haha
