Who knows, I don't trust Top Gears set up action pieces etc, so not sure how true to facts that is - that estate and airport could literally be the only desserted areas in Spain!
Then again there was ghost estates years ago in Cyprus, they simply werent in a rush to finish and sell - very different pace

Top Gear is unfortunately too set up and scripted for entertainment.. I stopped watching a while back. Everything they say when driving/testing a car is prewritten, so is it really what they think at all? Or did those companies just let them have a few cars to use for free for the weekend etc? They always slated Rovers so much, the biggest british car maker who refused to suck up to them and give them freebies lol..
