Defo needed cleaning haha

Yeah should be on the sfs stand if I'm not on the strip haha

So got my GTi International tickets and had a manic week getting the car ready



Cut to size and rolled a sheet of 1.5mm aluminium to try and stop the heat from the turbo and exhaust melting everything.

Also fitted my powder coated K04 charge pipe







Fitted the carbon fibre covers





Painted my towing eye gloss black



I cut some thin plastic up to make some rear door cards



Then wrapped them in carbon fibre



Fitted





Fitted some 4point FIA harness ok till 2015





Fitted to the harness bar





Metal bar thingy to use as a bonnet prop painted it blue



Spent all day cleaning the car. Night mare as it was so hot and no shade

Used all this as I still have to use a bucket and water as I've not got snow foam etc


Also used megs hot rims but not pictured

All clean



Got one extra mod that's not picture which will be posted tomoz after the show

Just seen a pic of yours on the sfs page mate and all looks good

Yer mate someone was saying sumit about only 280 so I put on there that its just had all the work done and things I would mate but carnt of my mob I don't think mate I will try though

Haha 280s plenty with my set handling/diff etc

A mate of my had his Ibiza gt28rs on revos stand and was only managing 14.7s down the quarter haha

No probs mate it's bugs me when people are like that when they have no idea what's gone into it mate and after seeing all the top work you have done on here seemed only rite

And mrc Audi R8 GTX45 turbo conversion demo car lol







All in all was a brilliant weekend got burnt and now pealing like an orange lol

Off to Nurburg Ring Friday can't wait will post pics when I can

although i assume it matches the trim the pillar pod gauge thingy holder sticks out like a sore thumb from that front photo. only critism i could find haha..

Looks ace.. lovin the cold air feed ha was it you that used to have colour coded light bits on the boot? i think all red rear would look schweet.

Anyways yeah ha we want some fast lap times!
