Small update really, although the headlights took a long long time!

Managed to pull them apart and paint the insides, which was a mission! Attempted afew months ago but failed miserably - the oven nearly melted my lights! This time I used a hair dryer, and Im pretty happy with the results! So the fly eye tints gone now...

Then got a new cheapo headunit, lowest spec around <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: --> but will keep me going til I get a 7" screen one. This Pioneer one now though has power/eq specs to match todays headunits, and it sounds awesome! Alot better than the Sony I had in before



Then a new gearknob, from an Avensis, just because my old one looks a bit dull!

Yeah I need to get some proper pics at leam 100 or sumat!

Still got the light up ring shmik, its separate to the gearknob I've darkened it so its a nice subtle glow now

Added a grounding kit today, you cant see much but here it is before putting all the plastics back in;



Was pretty easy, except the top one was a pain with the wiper plastic being in the way, then crimping the terminal onto the existing earth was a bitch too! Got the grounding kit on a club discount at £35 from http://www.groundingkits.co.uk

Another pic of the avensis gearknob (soon to have a short shifter) and pioneer stereo - looks odd being silver but it sounds awesome!



Changed the interior light for a nice and bright 4-LED one (you can also see the switches for the EL panel- below);

Also added a EL panel WM web address sticker to the top of the windscreen, might add some to the side windows etc too

Cheers Was abit gutted on the custom made speedos tbh, asked the seller if they would be a nice deep red but their obviously not - will be happy when I get the new ones through!

Quite afew people thought the EL sticker was glow in the dark (probably because of the colour), once I get the side and back ones in red it should look alot different
